Man Dies after falling into Chocolate Vat

So now I have been reading an article about an accident that happened a few days ago. I feel really bad about laughing at this, but I couldnt help it.

Via Foxnews:

The man had been in the melting pot for about 10 minutes by the time crews arrived, and by the time he was pulled out of the chocolate it was too late. He was declared dead shortly after 11 a.m.

The turnout gear of firefighters at the scene were covered with some chocolate, as were the clothes of an obviously distraught co-worker who was being consoled by an EMT. That co-worker appeared to have gone into the tank in an attempt to rescue the man who had fallen in.

Now, that in itself may not seem that funny. In truth, its not, but looking at the reader comments below it however, is a different story:

"ooompa loompa loompadi doo, swimming in boiling hot chocolate not good for you"

"8 OOPAH-LOOPAH's are being held for questioning"

"They can play Bach's Come Sweet Death at the funeral."
"Oh, is it too soon?"

"He should have fallen into a vat of salad lettuce, but people never do what's good for them."

"After falling into the chocolate the man was retrieved by clumsy emergency workers who then dropped him into a vat of toppings"

"No word yet on whether or not he will be buried frozen and holding a baseball bat...."

Am I a terrible person for laughing at this?
